Together with our consultants, you will provide the basis for strategic decisions. You will evaluate the costs of components, manufacturing processes and product technologies and support forward-looking developments.   • Support in cost analyses of technical products and components on the basis of hardware teardowns within benchmark projects

You will investigate the development of test protocols for quality assurance of optoelectronic AR components in the key phases of assembly, testing, and shipping (Final Assembly, Test, and Pack – FATP). The focus will be on analyzing electrical and optical quality characteristics in compliance with regulations for medical devices and electronics.

Neben der Möglichkeit des Recyclings bietet das Remanufacturing und die Wieder- bzw. Weiterverwendung von Batterien ein bisher ungenutztes ökologisches und ökonomisches Potenzial. Gebrauchte Batteriemodule können zum Beispiel wieder in Nutzfahrzeugen oder als stationärer Energiespeicher eingesetzt werden. Im Forschungsprojekt REVAMP wird an automatisierten Prüf- und Demontageprozessen geforscht, um die Batterien in diesen Szenarien einsetzen zu können. Gleichzeitig werden über eine Ökobilanzierung die Auswirkungen der Szenarien auf Nachhaltigkeitseinflüsse quantifiziert. Um das bestmögliche Szenario basierend auf dem Zustand der Batterie priorisieren zu können, sind eine Vielzahl von Faktoren zu beachten. Diese sind im Sinne einer Produktprogrammplanung in einem Entscheidungsunterstützungssystem zu aggregieren.
