YOUR TASKS
▪ The Start up! trainee program provides young talents with an entrepreneurial mindset and gives the opportunity to learn, thrive, gain diverse insights into the organization and to explore new topics
▪ You’ll have 5 assignments, at least 1 abroad, with a period of 3 monthsin a total period of 18 months
▪ Your first assignment will be within a technology & security environment and after that you decide which topics you will dive deep into
▪ Fridays are spent within the Start up! Community on “Magenta Friday”, where all trainees come together to work on joint projects

YOUR PROFILE
▪ Degree in engineering, business, or similar with strong programming or specialized knowledge
▪ 6+ months of experience in IT, cloud, network architecture, cybersecurity, or data environments
▪ Knowledge ideally in areas like 5G, IoT, digitalization, machine learning, and/or cybersecurity
▪ Initial project management experience
▪ Strong data analytics skills for strategic insights
▪ International experience and strong intercultural competence
