Werkstudent in Logistics Management (w/m/d)

FibreCoat GmBH is a young and innovative start-up from Aachen. We have set ourselves the goal of making high-performance materials affordable for the mass market. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Working Student in Logistics Management.

As a Working Student in Logistics Management, you will play a vital role in supporting our logistics operations. This position is ideal for students early on in their studies who are eager to gain practical experience in logistics and contribute to a growing startup.

Job Scope
– Prepare samples and goods for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
– Assist in the coordination of logistics activities, including arranging shipments and tracking deliveries
– Generate and maintain necessary documentation, such as proforma invoices and customs documents
– Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics system from the ground up, encompassing inventory management, order processing, shipping, and delivery to optimize efficiency and accuracy
– Support the team in various administrative tasks related to logistics management

Requirements
– Studying Mechanical Engineer B.Sc/M.Sc or similar (technical background desired)
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
– Very good written and spoken German and English skills – Very good communication skills
– Familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable
– Social and organisational skills and ability to work in a team
– Independent and flexible way of working
– Sense of responsibility
